Our Sweet Promise
As a premier women-owned patisserie, SheReen Bakery upholds strict quality standards for all Persian desserts crafted in our Skokie boutique. Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of our saffron-infused pastries, we maintain a firm no-return policy once products depart our facility. If a discrepancy exists with your custom order or gelato, please notify our management at (773) 466-2222 within 24 hours of receipt. We are dedicated to the satisfaction of our Chicagoland patrons and will address concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Store Credits and Returns
All sales of SheReen Bakery confections, including delicate cream puffs and seasonal cakes, are final. Our Chicagoland wholesale partners are bound by terms established in their individual service contracts regarding product inspection and delivery logistics. For retail clients, cancellations of custom event cakes must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations occurring within the 48-hour window may be subject to partial store credit to cover professional labor and specialty ingredients.
Handling Special Events and Cakes
SheReen Bakery requires specific lead times and deposits for all large-scale event commissions. Clients must inspect all custom work upon collection at our Skokie boutique. We remain committed to serving our community with integrity.
